Our story starts with a guy named Guy
In 1916 Gaetano "Guy" Rocco left a small town in southern Italy with nothing more than a few American dollars and shapely mustache. He was five-years-old. He moved to Detroit and fell in love with our fair city’s spirit. It was here he learned the value of hard work, determination, and a well-marinated red pepper. Today, we pay homage to him and his recipes, as well as all immigrants that enrich our community with colorful foods and traditions. In our family, food is love. And we’ve got a lot to share.
